Host U Online guarantees that the customer will be satisfied. If a customer decides that they are not satisfied, Host U Online will assist them in getting their website files downloaded to a disk for upload to another host and discontinue billing for hosting services immediately.
Refunds
All customers will be given 30 days to determine if the hosting service is adequate for them. The $25.00 setup fee for setting up hosting services will not be refunded at any time. Customers will be given a 30 day period to determine if site designs are finished to the customer’s specifications. There will be no refunds on site design because the project will be completed in phases, each phase with customer approval and further payment upon approval.
Returns
There will be no returns of any kind.

There will be no exchanges of any kind.
